We are two living this adventure year-round, in Saint-Florent, Northern Corsica. Stan at the helm, Emiliano as second, in the galley and at the fishing line. Both passionate about sailing, the sea and Corsican produce. Our pleasure is simple: to show you what we love, at the pace that suits you, across all our sailing cruises in Northern Corsica.

Professional skipper · Based in Saint-Florent · Sea rescue certified

Skipper of Eridu and captain of the adventure, Stan has been sailing the Gulf of Saint-Florent and the length of the Agriates desert for more than 5 years. A professional skipper licensed to carry passengers, he has learned to read the sea and wind in these precise waters — the summer thermals that drop at 11:30 AM, the libeccio that kicks up a choppy sea in under an hour, the micro-climates of the Cap Corse. He always decides the route and timing according to the sea, and prefers to postpone a trip rather than endure an uncomfortable day. His passion: finding the perfect anchorage for each moment of the day (the Pigeon Caves in the morning, Lotu for lunch, Fiume Santu for the afternoon swim) and sharing what is invisible from the shore — the marine wildlife, passing loggerhead turtles, Audouin's gulls nesting on the islets, the local history told from the deck.

Emiliano

Mediterranean cuisine · Trolling fishing

Second on board Eridu, Emiliano is the logistical heart of the day: he assists Stan on manoeuvres, anchoring and safety, but he also takes care of the table, the service, the welcome coffee and the lunch served at anchor. A passionate trolling fisherman, he regularly lands a bonito, a barracuda or a gilt-head sea bream between anchorages, by season. Trained in cooking by his grandmother, he works with local producers in short supply chains: the vegetables, the Patrimonio winemakers. With Emiliano, the day always runs to a calm tempo — never industrial food, never any compromise.

What guides us

Chosen slowness

We are here so that you enjoy yourself, not tick a list. The pace sets everything: the weather, your mood, the light.

Respect for the Park

We avoid posidonia meadows and choose sandy seabeds for anchoring. We collect floating waste when we see it. The Marine Park is not a backdrop.

Local food

All our producers are Corsican. You can name them — we share their details warmly.

Safety first

The skipper decides the route and timing by the sea. Always. A postponement beats an enduring day.
