Booking terms

1. Booking and payment

Payment is made on the day of the trip, before boarding. Accepted methods: SEPA bank transfer, cash or cheque. Card payment is not available on board. An invoice is provided on request.

2. Cancellation by the guest

If the client cancels, no fee is charged. A date change remains possible until the day before the trip, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation for weather

Safety always comes first. If sea conditions do not allow a comfortable and safe sailing, the skipper postpones to another date or cancels the trip with no charge. We always decide at the latest by the evening before. No compensation is due beyond the postponement or cancellation.

4. On-board rules

• Follow the crew's instructions at all times, especially regarding safety.
• No smoking on the deck. Smokers may use the transom only, with wind ruling out nearby non-smokers.
• Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times on the open deck.
• Dogs are accepted subject to prior confirmation with the skipper at booking.
• Reef-safe sunscreen preferred; no glitter, oil-based products or similar pollutants.

5. Liability and insurance

The yacht is insured for passenger transport per French Maritime regulations. Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility. We recommend that you check your travel insurance covers sea activities.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Bastia (Haute-Corse).
